You might have noticed two Amazon Lockers installed on campus last week. They've been activated and are available as potential pickup points.

If the following applies, your order may be eligible for Amazon Locker delivery:

• The shipping weight is less than 10 lbs.
• The product dimensions are smaller than 16 x 12 x 14 inches.
• All items are sold or fulfilled by Amazon.com.
• The shipment contains no hazardous materials.

How to Collect your Package

1. Open your delivery confirmation email or go to the Track Package page in Your Orders.
2. Locate the 6-digit pickup code and barcode.
3. Enter your pickup code on the touch-screen display or scan the barcode using the locker scanner. The scanner is located directly beneath the touch screen of the locker.
4. The correct locker slot will open, and you can take out your package.

A few key notes:

• The mail room does not have any admin powers over the locker. If you're having issues, you'll need to contact Amazon's customer service.
• The locker only holds things for three days. If you know that you won't be able to pick up within that time frame, make sure to use your UC Box instead of the locker.
• Since the locker is outside and autonomous, you can pick things up from it outside the Mail Room's regular hours.
  • Yes, this means you can finally pick things up on the weekend.
• You can also return packages at the locker. Like ordering, you'll need to designate the locker as your drop-off location.
  • While picking up gives you a 3-day window, dropping off only gives you a 1-day window. 

How to Order to a Pickup Point

You can select a pickup point as your preferred shipping address during checkout or when adding a new address to your account.

1. When choosing a delivery address, select "Change to pickup" and "Find a pickup location near you."

2. Search by Zip Code, address, or landmark. It should default to showing locations near you if location services are turned on.

3. Select "Pick up here" under your chosen location.
   1. Slope is on the South side of Stoller, by the right entrance.
   2. Oklahoma is on the North side of Washburne, next to the lower entrance by the volleyball court.
4. Verify that your name is listed correctly. If the name is entered incorrectly, you may not be able to pick up the package.
5. Complete your order.
6. When your package is ready for you to collect, Amazon will email you. This email will contain the information you need to collect your package.
