Provide severance pay and benefits to provide economic support for eligible staff and administrators for involuntary separations/terminations whose positions are eliminated, restructured, reduction in force, or involuntarily separated/terminated, with or without cause, and at the discretion of the university and approved by the Office of Legal Affairs and the Vice President of Finance and Administration. 

This policy applies to staff and administrators only.
